About Us

Career after COVID-19 is a collaboration between career strategist and marketer, Fleur Hull, and entrepreneurship coach, Kym Kraljevic.

Fleur Hull

Fleur is a high-energy and results-driven senior executive with a passion for personal organisational growth. She thrives in start-up and turn-around business situations and feels most fulfilled when she has played a role in assisting people and organisations to reach their potential.

Fleur’s parents ran numerous successful small businesses and she absorbed the imperatives of operational and people management through many dinner time conversations. After graduating in economics and Japanese, Fleur worked in a Japanese local government office and honed her understanding of Japanese language and culture.

The bulk of Fleur's professional experience is in the higher education sector, for the first seven years in marketing, communications and student support at a young university, whose enrolments grew nearly three-fold during her four years in charge of student recruitment. She presented to and advised thousands of high school and mature-age students about their career and course choices during this time. This ignited Fleur's passion for seeing people find a satisfying and rewarding path through their lives.

Fleur then leveraged this experience, as well as the knowledge gained from two Master's degrees, to position herself as a senior strategy and change adviser in the university sector. Her greatest strengths are in bringing people and information together to maximise opportunity and success for all.

When Fleur's young family moved to New Delhi in 2012 for work opportunities, she began focusing on pursuits including assisting businesses and educational institutions with their communications and marketing, particularly in the online space. Upon her return to Sydney in 2014, and then back to Perth in 2018, Fleur continued her advisory and consulting work in higher education and small business, assisting many students and small businesses to find success in the world of work.

After a major client ended her consulting contract as a result of COVID-19 in March 2020, Fleur and her former colleague, Kym Kraljevic, decided to start a podcast about the impact of the Pandemic on employment and the economy. With more than twenty episodes now published, and growing numbers of downloads, Fleur and Kym decided to write this book to provide a up-to-date set of tools for early and mid-career professionals and para-professionals to find their dream pathway in life.
